In Thai massage, the masseur runs through the patient's body applying various techniques that help reduce physical and mental tension. Flowing through postures similar to those of Hatha Yoga, help to mobilize the muscular system, the bone system, as well as the organs, managing to reduce said tensions, which interfere with the natural balance of the organism.

Thai massage uses acupressure and different movements at the tissue level, which are performed with the hands or occasionally with the feet, elbows or knees, to stimulate a desired area and release its tension.

The therapist also has the possibility of supporting the patient with his own body, partially suspending it to help decompress and mobilize the manipulated area, generating relief and pleasure.

All these elements mentioned above together with a peaceful and quiet environment allow the client to experience a deep state of inner peace and connection with their body for an hour or more.
