Why can’t I see the exact address of the massage room?
As the massage room is located in my personal residence, the exact address, along with other details, will be sent to your email once your service reservation has been completed.

Who can benefit from massage?
Anyone in good health can receive massage and enjoy its benefits.
Massage is not recommended in cases of fever, inflammation, severe circulatory problems, or pregnancy without medical authorization.
If you have an injury or a specific medical condition, it’s important to obtain approval from your doctor and inform the masseur, so the technique can be adjusted or the session postponed if necessary.
The massage techniques offered on this page do not replace or substitute medical treatment.
How often is it good to have a massage?
It is recommend receiving a massage every 15 days to maintain its benefits in daily life — including stress reduction, relief of muscle tension, improved circulation, and an overall sense of well-being.
In cases of high physical demand, intense stress, or specific discomfort, the frequency can be increased to once a week, always adapted to each person’s individual needs.
Things to keep in mind before a massage
It is recommended to attend your massage with an empty stomach — ideally about an hour and a half after your last meal. The movements and manipulations involved in the massage may cause discomfort if the stomach is full.
If you have any specific condition or discomfort, please make sure to inform the masseur in advance.
For your comfort, it is essential to wear loose and comfortable clothing when receiving a Thai massage.

Cancellation policy
The massage session is confirmed at the time of booking through this page and by payment via bank debit or bank transfer for the appointment, for the full amount agreed upon for the massage session.
If canceled more than 48 hours before appointment time, no charges are incurred and rescheduling is permitted.
If canceled less than 48 hours before appointment time, the full amount must be paid, due to short notice.
