Deep Tissue

              What is Deep Tissue Massage?

Deep tissue massage is a full-body or targeted massage technique performed with oil. It uses firm, slow movements designed to           reach  deeper muscle layers and help release tension and knots. The depth of the massage always depends on your personal comfort     and tolerance to pressure.

              What are its benefits?

Deep tissue massage helps release long-held muscular tension that may cause feelings of heaviness, restricted mobility, or pain.             Repetitive physical or work-related activities can lead to these conditions over time, and deep tissue massage can support your               body’s recovery and flexibility.

              Who is it recommended for?

If you engage in intense physical activity or have accumulated significant tension in your body over time, deep tissue massage can       be highly beneficial for you.

You can choose sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on how much time you’d like to dedicate to yourself.
If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to guide you.

Relaxing Massage

               What is a Relaxing Massage?

A relaxing massage is a full-body technique performed with oil. It involves slow, continuous, and flowing movements over large         areas of the body. This massage works on the more superficial tissues, helping you release physical tension and calm your mind.             Unlike deep tissue massage, it emphasizes a gentle and comforting touch.

               What are its benefits?

Relaxing massage helps to ease the physical and mental tension caused by everyday stress. Through muscle relaxation, it can               reduce discomfort related to excessive tension, stimulate circulation, and promote an overall sense of well-being. You’ll feel                     immediate relief a lighter body, a calmer mind, and renewed energy that will help you move through your day and rest more deeply.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage

                  What is Thai Massage?

Traditional Thai massage is performed on a mat or tatami on the floor, while the client remains fully dressed in comfortable clothes.    It combines joint mobilization, progressive stretching (similar to yoga), and pressure on specific points of the body (acupressure                 points).

Although Thai massage is often known for being quite strong, that is not my approach. Through constant observation of the person           receiving the massage, I adjust the intensity with care, always respecting your limits. Thai massage should never be painful — this           way, you can fully benefit from its effects.

                  What are its benefits?

The Thai massage technique promotes an exceptional feeling of openness and freedom in the body. The combination of joint                    mobility, stretching, and yoga-like postures on the mat encourage deep relaxation and a remarkable rest throughout the session.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more flexible, and deeply restored.

                  Who is it recommended for?

Thai massage is ideal if you’re looking for a more active massage experience that includes stretching and movement. It’s excellent           for those who wish to release stiffness and enjoy greater fluidity and ease in their body.

You can choose sessions of 60, 90, or 120 minutes, depending on how much time you’d like to dedicate to yourself.
If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to guide you.

Jaw Massage

Jaw  Massage

                   What is a Jaw Massage?

Jaw massage is a deep tissue technique focused on the muscles involved in chewing and, to a lesser extent, on the muscles of the          neck and face. It’s an intense massage designed to release excessive tension in the jaw area, as well as in the head. These are highly        specific and precise techniques applied with respect for each person’s limits.

                  What are its benefits?

This technique helps release accumulated tension in the jaw, neck, head, and shoulders. Although it’s an intense form of massage,       it provides a profound sense of relief in the upper body by relaxing muscles that are constantly active throughout the day — and           sometimes even at night.
At the end of the session, a gentle facial massage is performed to help you unwind completely after the deeper work.

                   Who is it recommended for?

It’s ideal if you feel tension in your jaw, head, neck, or shoulders and wish to dedicate extra attention to this area of your body.
Many clients report relief from discomfort related to tension headaches caused by muscle tightness.

You can book a 45-minute session.
