About me
An embodied experience
Since childhood, the body has held a place of great importance in my life. The consistent practice of different sports throughout my childhood and adolescence allowed me to develop physical abilities that brought me a deep sense of enjoyment.

This connection deepened when I began studying theatre first as a hobby, and later to become a teacher. A new stage began when I discovered that the body could be a means for communication and expression. A body present on stage required a particular kind of work a different awareness than that of sports. Learning about anthropological theatre fascinated me in this regard.
Later, dance enriched this journey even further. I worked intensively for four years with a professional contemporary dance company in Argentina. There, I was able to deepen both my experience and my understanding of the body, complementing practice with theoretical study to gain a fuller comprehension.
During this period, questions began to arise about health, about caring for the body, about caring for the mind. Dance guided me toward these inquiries, opening up a new world of practices and bodywork techniques that have since become an essential part of my daily life.
The Yoga
I began practicing yoga at home following the postures from a book. I would correct myself, hold each pose for a few minutes, and after about half an hour of practice, finish with breathing exercises for a deep relaxation.
Years later, once I had become a dancer, yoga became a constant presence in my life practiced before dance classes, at a yoga studio, or at home before going to bed.
This steady routine sparked a special affection for yoga that led me to explore its philosophy and asanas more deeply. After a year and a half of study, I became a certified instructor. This brought about a profound change in both my personal practice and my understanding of yoga. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to share what I’ve learned with others, along with the questions and curiosities that have inspired me from the very beginning.

The Massage
Massage is, for me, the natural continuation of a path I began many years ago. The first massage technique that truly captivated me was Thai massage — a practice through which I gradually began to develop my own personal approach. Using elements I had learned from yoga, such as meditation, I was able to deepen my observation of each person and work with genuine intention toward their well-being.
Over time, and through almost exclusive dedication to massage, I continued my training in a variety of techniques, including deep tissue massage, relaxing massage and sports massage.
Today, I have the opportunity to devote myself almost full-time to massage, and I find great joy in offering a service that helps people experience a sense of ease and comfort in their bodies.
My focus and awareness have evolved, allowing me to better understand the specific needs of my clients and to be more precise and attentive in my work.
Whether it’s someone who spends long hours at a desk, a mother carrying her child, or an athlete with a high physical load, it’s deeply rewarding for me to help them feel better in their bodies.
