Yoga & Massage

Marcelo Bizzarri
Theater teacher, dancer, Yoga instructor, Active Global Stretching® instructor, Masseur.
Throughout my life I have felt motivated to learn and explore the body and movement through different practices. Sport, dance, yoga and massage have been — and continue to be — an essential part of my personal and professional development.
Today I share this experience in my private massage studio in Berlin, where I offer sessions focused on relaxation, body mobility and overall well-being.
I feel deeply grateful to walk this path that inspires me so much and to be able to share my experience with those who feel the same enthusiasm, as well as with those who wish to discover it.

Massage
The massage techniques you’ll find here greatly help reduce the stress of your daily life.

Yoga
My purpose is to guide you in incorporating tools that will help you to develop healthier and more conscious movement habits.
Deep Tissue
Intensity: Intermediate/High Duration: 60/90/120m
Deep tissue massage is a full-body or localized technique performed with oil. It uses firm, slow movements designed to reach deeper muscle layers and release tension. The depth of the massage always depends on your personal tolerance to pressure.
Feel the true relief of a tension-free body and return to your routine with renewed energy.
Relaxing Massage
Intensity: Low/Intermediate Duration: 60/90/120m
The relaxing massage is a full-body technique performed with oil. It involves slow, continuous, and flowing movements over large areas of the body. This massage works on the more superficial tissues, allowing you to release physical tension and calm your mind. It’s a technique that prioritizes comfort and gentle touch, unlike deep tissue massage.
Incorporate it into your routine as an effective way to manage stress and improve your quality of life.
Thai Massage
Intensity: Intermediate/High Duration: 60/90/120m
Traditional Thai massage is performed on a mattress or tatami on the floor, with the client wearing comfortable clothing. It combines joint movements, progressive stretches (similar to yoga), and pressure on specific points of the body (acupressure points).
Although Thai massage is often known as a strong and intense technique, that is not my approach. Through constant observation of the person receiving the massage, I apply just the right amount of intensity, always respecting their limits. Thai massage should never be painful — this way, you can fully benefit from its effects.
Incorporate it as a holistic tool to release physical tension and restore mobility and vitality.
Jaw Massage
Intensity: High Duration: 45m
The jaw massage is a deep tissue technique focused on the muscles involved in chewing, and to a lesser extent, on the neck and facial muscles. It’s an intense massage aimed at releasing the excessive tension present throughout the jaw and head area. The techniques are highly specific and applied with careful attention to each person’s limits.
Incorporate it to relieve tension and restore comfort and well-being in your face, neck, and shoulders.
Reflexology / Foot Massage
Intensity: Low/Intermediate Duration: Reflexology 60m / Foot Massage 45m
Reflexology is a body relaxation technique based on stimulating reflex zones in the feet. Foot massage, on the other hand, uses deep massage techniques aimed at releasing tension and relaxing your feet and legs.*
Incorporate it as a natural way to enhance your overall well-being and restore your energy.
*The reflexology technique is given by Valentina Aviani, a certified reflexologist from Buenos Aires, Argentina. If you’d like to learn more about her work, visit: https://share.google/LbZHnuDc76e53FiUC

Sport Massage
This service will be available soon.
Massages can also be applied to specific areas of the body to release tension, improve mobility, and promote a feeling of lightness.
Many people experience relief in areas such as the jaw, neck, shoulders, back, or arms—especially when tension is related to physical effort, stress, or sustained postures over time. If you feel you need a personalized massage focused on a particular area of your body, I can design one specifically for you.
Remember that massage is always a complementary practice for well-being and does not replace medical care or prescribed therapies. If discomfort persists or severe pain occurs, it is always recommended to consult a healthcare professional.
